The DANSER project participated in the European Ocean Days, from March 2-6,2026 in Brussels, Belgium, where it was featured at the Danube & Black Sea Lighthouse booth. DANSER is part of the EU Mission: “Restore our Ocean and Waters”, focusing on protecting and restoring the health of oceans and waters through research, innovation, citizen engagement, and blue investments.
At the event, DANSER highlighted the importance of sediment management in efforts to restore and protect the environment. The team was on hand to share insights into the project’s progress and its role in supporting the mission’s environmental goals. This provided an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow researchers and stakeholders, exchange ideas, and discuss the project’s contributions toward a healthier ocean and water system.
